Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nectar (nectar.day). By using Nectar you agree to them.

The service

Nectar is a free AI chat, paid for by ads. It can make mistakes: responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Check anything that matters, and do not treat responses as professional (medical, legal, financial) advice.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 13 or older.

Acceptable use

Don't use Nectar to break the law, to harm others, to generate malware or spam, to attempt to extract or resell model access, or to probe, overload, or circumvent our systems and limits. If you use the code-running feature, don't use it to attack other systems, mine cryptocurrency, or do anything else outside answering your own question — it runs in a sandbox meant for that alone. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Your content

Your chats and files remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store and process them to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you upload and share.

Ads

Nectar is free because it shows ads. Ads are labeled and are not endorsements by Nectar.

Availability and changes

Nectar is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for a free product, is zero.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially we will note it in the changelog and update the date above.
